A Look at Our Campus

The Land

There's something about the scale of the desert, the quiet, the clarity. Our campus sits in the middle of all of it, with mountain views, open land, and riding trails that extend as far as a young man's ambitions.

Where Students Live

Residential housing at Align is structured, comfortable, and supervised. Students share rooms and live within a daily routine that builds consistency and accountability. Meals are served in our campus dining area and developed with the guidance of a registered dietitian.

Clinical Spaces

Our clinical offices are purpose-built for the work that happens inside them, individual therapy, group sessions, psychiatric consultations, and family meetings. Private visiting areas give families space for meaningful connection during weekend intensives and scheduled visits.

San Pedro Valley Academy

Our on-site, fully accredited high school operates Monday through Friday with licensed teachers, small class sizes, and individualized academic plans for every student. The classrooms are designed for young men who have struggled in traditional school environments: structured, calm, and run by educators who understand what it means to teach a student who is also healing.

The Equine Center

The horse barn and riding arena are among the most distinctive parts of the Align campus. Students work with horses through our structured horsemanship program and equine-facilitated psychotherapy, learning to groom, handle, and ride under the guidance of experienced facilitators. The trails that wind out from the barn give students access to the surrounding desert terrain on horseback, one of the more powerful experiences this campus makes possible.

Wellness & Fitness

The fitness center is equipped for serious training, with individual workout programming and access to cold plunge and sauna therapy. Cold exposure, strength training, and intentional physical challenge are part of how students learn to regulate their nervous systems and build confidence that carries beyond the gym.

Recreation

A young man needs more than therapy. He needs room to move, compete, create, and find out what he enjoys when substances and chaos are no longer part of the equation.

The skate park, basketball courts, soccer field, sand volleyball court, and batting cages offer daily recreational outlets. The game room provides lower-key downtime. Every weekend includes structured off-campus outings as well — dinners, paintball, rock climbing, hikes, and more for students at eligible levels.

The Arts

The music room is fully equipped with instruments and a recording studio. The art room is stocked and open. Creative expression, finding a new way to say something or make something, is often where identity starts to rebuild itself.

Apprenticeship Facilities

Two hands-on apprenticeship programs run out of dedicated campus workspaces. The maintenance apprenticeship gives students experience in welding, carpentry, and basic mechanics. The culinary apprenticeship runs out of a fully equipped commercial kitchen, where students manage meal planning, ordering, and food preparation from start to finish. Both earn school credit. Both are designed to develop the kind of competence that changes how a young man sees himself.

The Grounds

Beyond the buildings and the courts and the barn, there's the land itself. Garden areas, animal care spaces, and open desert terrain give students room to do land stewardship work, care for animals, and spend time outside in a way that most of them haven't had in a long time. Service and responsibility are built into the daily rhythm here.
