Adolescent Admissions
We understand how hard it is to make the first call. If you’re here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, afraid, or unsure where to turn. At Align Adolescent Recovery, our admissions process is designed to meet you with compassion, honesty, and clarity—so you can begin moving forward with confidence.
Our team has helped hundreds of families navigate this moment. You are not alone, and your son is not beyond help.

Who We Help
Align serves males grades 9 through 12 who are struggling with:
- Depression, anxiety, or emotional dysregulation
- Substance use or early-stage addiction
- Trauma and post-traumatic stress
- School refusal, academic decline, or behavioral health struggles
- ADHD or executive functioning challenges
- Relapse after previous treatment or wilderness programs
We specialize in dual-diagnosis care, offering residential treatment, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services all on one campus. Whether your child is coming from a primary program, a wilderness setting, or directly from home, our team will help assess readiness and fit.
What to Expect from the Admissions Process
We know this isn’t just a clinical decision—it’s an emotional one. Our goal is to make the process feel manageable and clear.
Step 1: Connect
Call or email our admissions team for a confidential conversation. We’ll listen to your story, answer your questions, and help determine if Align is a good fit for your son.
Step 2: Verification of Benefits (VOB)
We’ll run a complimentary VOB to determine how your insurance may help cover the cost of treatment. This doesn’t commit you to anything—it simply gives you a clearer picture of your options.
Step 3: Clinical Review
Our team will review your son’s history, current challenges, and any assessments or documentation you have. This helps us ensure clinical appropriateness and make recommendations that align with your family’s goals.
Step 4: Intake Coordination
If Align is a fit, we’ll schedule an admission date and walk you through everything you need to know—logistics, packing lists, medical requirements, travel arrangements, and more.
Step 5: Arrival & Orientation
Your son will receive a warm, structured welcome from our team. You’ll be guided every step of the way—because we know how big this moment is, for all of you.

We Handle the Paperwork, So You Can Focus on Your Family
Navigating insurance can be one of the most stressful parts of treatment. We simplify it.
In-House Billing & Insurance Support Includes:
- Complimentary benefit verification
- Guidance on pre-authorization and medical necessity documentation
- Courtesy billing and claim submission
- Ongoing communication about treatment coverage
"Our goal is to help you access the care your son needs—with as much financial clarity and support as possible."
