The Lodge
RELAX • CONNECT • BELONG
The Lodge is the heart of everyday community at Align:a comfortable, welcoming place where boys can relax, have fun and spend time with friends. With pool tables, ping pong, comfortable spaces to watch TV and hang out, it offers a place to unwind and simply enjoy being a teenager. The Lodge is also home to our full cafeteria and professional kitchen, bringing everyone together around meals throughout the day. More than a recreation space, The Lodge is where friendships grow, laughter happens, and the campus begins to feel like home.

The Academy
LEARN • GROW • BELIEVE
The Academy is Align’s nationally accredited high school, designed to help boys reconnect with learning in an environment where they feel supported, capable and understood. With in-person classrooms, interactive smart boards, dedicated teachers and a Special Education–certified director, students receive the individualized attention they need to succeed. Our mastery-based approach allows boys to learn at their own pace, build on genuine understanding and experience success instead of simply moving on when they fall behind. The goal goes beyond earning credits: we help boys rebuild confidence in themselves as students and feel safe in school again.

The Studio
CREATE • PLAY • DISCOVER
The Studio gives boys a place to explore their creativity, make some noise and discover their own musical voice. Outfitted with a full drum set, electric and acoustic guitars, pianos, keyboards, recording equipment and electronic music-production tools, the space is designed for everything from picking up an instrument for the first time to writing, recording and producing original music. Whether they're playing together, building a beat or experimenting on their own, The Studio gives boys the freedom to create, express themselves and discover musical talents they may never have known they had.
Every boy has something to say. Sometimes music helps him find it.

The Pad
RISK • ADVENTURE • GROW
The Pad is Align’s on-campus skate park:a place where boys can challenge themselves, take healthy risks and experience the excitement of learning something new. Whether they're stepping on a skateboard for the first time or working to land a new trick, skating teaches persistence, confidence and the willingness to get back up after a fall. It’s adventure with a purpose, giving boys an opportunity to push beyond their comfort zones while having fun alongside their friends. At The Pad, falling down is simply part of learning how to get back up.

The Forge
STRENGTH • DISCIPLINE • CONFIDENCE
The Forge is Align’s fully equipped gym:a place where boys learn that taking care of their bodies can have a powerful impact on their minds. With a full range of free weights, squat racks, bench stations, cardio equipment and dedicated training areas, boys have the opportunity to build strength at every experience level. Through personal training, coaching and guidance, they learn proper technique, healthy routines and how exercise can become a lifelong tool for managing stress and improving overall well-being. The Forge is about more than building muscle:it’s about building discipline, confidence and a stronger relationship with yourself.

The Yard
PLAY • COMPETE • CONNECT
The Yard is Align’s outdoor recreation hub:a place where boys can move, compete, connect and rediscover how good it feels to simply play. With a full basketball court, soccer and lacrosse field, sand volleyball court, batting cages, putting green and a new pickleball court, there is always something to do and another way to get involved. When the games wind down, our outdoor firepit and kiva create a natural gathering place to relax, laugh and spend time together. The Yard reminds boys that being healthy can be fun:and that some of the best connections happen while simply being a kid.

The Dorms
HOME • COMFORT • BELONG
Designed to feel more like a small Wild West town than a traditional treatment campus, Align’s dorms give boys a comfortable place of their own at the end of each day. Students live in distinctive homes throughout campus:including the Railroad House, the Sheriff’s House and The Manor, an intimate six-person dorm. Inside, boys are encouraged to personalize and decorate their spaces, bringing pieces of their personality and interests into the place they call home. The dorms are more than somewhere to sleep:they're a safe place to decompress, connect with housemates and feel a little more at home while away from home.

The Den
RESET • RESTORE • RECHARGE
The Den is Align’s dedicated health and wellness center:a space designed to help boys slow down, reset and learn how to care for both their bodies and minds. With a sauna, cold plunge and dedicated meditation space, boys are introduced to healthy practices for managing stress, becoming more present and finding calm when life feels overwhelming. The Den helps turn self-care into a skill:giving boys healthy tools they can continue using long after they leave Align.

The Arcade
PLAY • CONNECT • BALANCE
The Arcade gives boys a place to enjoy video games while learning what a healthy relationship with technology can look like. Rather than treating gaming as something that is simply good or bad, we thoughtfully reintroduce it within a structured, social and community-centered environment. Boys practice moderation, healthy boundaries and responsible technology use while gaming alongside friends instead of disappearing behind a screen. Most importantly, The Arcade helps boys rediscover that they can have fun, connect with others and enjoy the things they love while living sober.

The Sanctuary
REFLECT • CONNECT • GROW
The Sanctuary is a space for boys to slow down, open up and connect more deeply with themselves and the community around them. It serves as a gathering place for therapy groups, 12-step meetings, reflection and meaningful conversations that encourage honesty, vulnerability and personal growth. In a peaceful and supportive setting, boys have the opportunity to explore their values, strengthen their sense of purpose and discover what spiritual connection means to them. The Sanctuary reminds boys that recovery isn't something they have to do alone:connection to self, others and something greater can become a powerful source of strength.

The Art Room
CREATE • EXPRESS • DISCOVER
The Art Room gives boys another way to express themselves, explore their creativity and discover interests they may never have had the opportunity to try. From painting and drawing to ceramics, mosaics and other hands-on projects, students can experiment with different materials and turn their ideas into something tangible. There is no pressure to be an “artist”:just an invitation to create, get curious and enjoy the process. Sometimes what is difficult to put into words can be discovered through making something with your own hands.

The Arena
RIDE • CONNECT • MASTER
The Arena is the center of Align’s horsemanship program, where working with horses goes far beyond simply spending time around them. Our large covered arena allows boys to ride year-round while developing real skills in horsemanship:from learning to care for, handle and train a horse to becoming confident, capable riders. As their skills progress, boys can experience advanced riding, hunter-jumper work and even camping treks on horseback. Along the way, horses teach lessons that extend far beyond the arena: patience, responsibility, confidence, communication and trust. At Align, boys don't just interact with horses:they learn to become horsemen.

The Treatment Center
UNDERSTAND • HEAL • CHANGE
The Treatment Center is where much of the deeper clinical work at Align takes place. Our experienced team of clinicians works closely with each boy through individual therapy, weekly family therapy and evidence-based approaches including EMDR, DBT, CBT and other modalities tailored to each student’s needs. With our own full-time psychiatric provider on the treatment team, medication management and psychiatric care are integrated directly into each boy’s overall treatment. At Align, we believe getting sober is only part of the answer. Lasting recovery means understanding and healing the pain, trauma, mental health challenges and underlying issues that led a young person to self-medicate in the first place.
