Align Adolescent Recovery traces its roots to a family-owned, clinically sophisticated therapeutic program established in 1996. Founded by experienced psychotherapist Patrick Barrasso and his wife Betsy, Align was built to provide compassionate, evidence-based care specifically for adolescent males struggling with substance use and behavioral health issues.

Chief Operating Officer
Anthony brings structured leadership informed by both policy training and real-world impact. A University of Arizona graduate with multiple advanced degrees, he’s also organized international service experiences and accountability systems that enable Align to serve families with professionalism and integrity.

Tiffany Barrasso‑Gallego, LCSW
Clinical Director
Tiffany joined Align from the very beginning, and her deep experience in therapy, admissions, and program leadership ensures that every student is placed into a clinical environment aligned to their needs. She guides families from intake through graduation, maintaining continuity and trust.
